The hotel is located in the mountains, right next to the ski lift, offering convenient access to the slopes. You can enjoy stunning views of the Tatry mountains from the hotel. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the breakfast served is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available for both children and adults, both inside and outside the hotel.
The staff's lack of hospitality and poor communication skills can be disappointing.
